It has been a while
Hey Guys!
So I've been too lazy to update this blog, but I figured I would start again.
So last night, my girlfriend and I took Bart to a party. We sat down and as the train passed by more stops, more people got on. After a bit, our train was full and there were many people standing up. Then an old couple got on and were standing by the seats (which were reserved for the senior people) and without saying a thing, a person stood up and was happy to give the old couple his seat. What surprised me was the type of person who stood up, he looked quite ghetto, probably in his late 20's and looked like he could rob the train...
Anyways, that was a nice surprise and was quite unexpected. Yay for + points!

Little Kids
So working at the cafe, you meet quite a few people.
The most memorable one this weekend comprised of a father and two children.
Now normally, from my experiences, children don't have manners and its partially because of their parents. It makes me quite sad.
Now for this particular table, the brother and sister pair (who were probably 5 and 7), both spoke well and were very definitive with their answers. However, the most amazing part was when they said the words "please" and "thank you".
The father seemed like the happy parent, and he raised his children up right. It certainly brought a smile to my face. Lets hear it for good parents and polite kids! Manners do mean a lot.

Something a Little Different
So its been a while since I've blogged, and there have been many things that has happened.
However, I have come to realize one thing about me that really irks me, a character flaw if you will.
I have trouble forgetting about my past, especially the bad parts. I can remember a lot more about the bad parts than the good parts, which leads me to feeling bad most of the time. For an example, I liked this girl a few years ago, I'll call her C lightling. And long story short, I figured it wouldn't work out so I basically rebounded with my ex. That is one mistake I will never forget... I randomly stumble upon that thought sometimes and it always makes me sad. There are many other things that I have done that makes me sad, but I don't feel like talking about those.
I just wish there was some way to forget about these stupid thoughts so I can be happy. I have random bouts of feeling blue because of my brain sifting through thoughts, and sometimes, it just finds bad stuff.
Why can't I just remember the good and let go of the bad?
Damn it...

Courtesy. Please Find Some.
So we all know common sense isn't all that common.
Courtesy is another one of those things that aren't common.
One example is using the phone to let people know if you are going to be substantially late.
If you're going to be late, or if something happens that makes you late, let the people who are waiting KNOW. Cell phones are useful for that reason. It takes less than a minute to call someone to let them know that you are late, instead of just having them wait around stupidly.
It is fine that your car broke down or if something else happens, but PLEASE let people know that you're going to be late. It's not that hard.

Arrogance. Not a Good Thing.
It was my 22nd birthday yesterday, thanks everyone for the birthday wishes!
On to the blog!
Arrogant people are another one of those things that really tick me off. (Even though my rants make me sound like a asshole, I'm actually a pretty nice guy). The way I see it, no one really likes an arrogant person, they are just straight up ANNOYING. We frankly don't give a DAMN if you did something amazing if you just keep shoving it in our faces. We might have cared if you just said it once, but after once, it just gets REPETITIVE. Go inflate your ego somewhere else, so you can compensate for something you god damn moron.
People need to understand something. You cannot be good at everything. It is impossible. Just relax, have fun, be social and likable, and someone might ACTUALLY like you. You DON'T have to act like you're tough or special or something that came down from the heavens, and do you know why? I'll give you a hint. Because you are NOT. It's okay to not be good at something, no one expects you to be, just relax and stop being a douche.

A Lazy Day
I'll keep this post short.
Today I went to Nob Hill, which is basically like a Whole Foods Market, with my girlfriend, S. We just went there for a couple items. When we went to the checkout line, there were a couple people in front with huge amounts of groceries. One of the couples were nice enough to let us cut in front of them because they saw we only had a few things.
I love when people have courtesy, it was very nice to see someone else have some. Hurray for positive points today!
